BOOKING PROCEDURE

  1. Get in touch, so we can discuss your requirements.

  2. I will issue a booking contract for you to complete & return along with an invoice. This outlines your booking as well as the fee, how to pay your deposit, approx. 50%, & when to pay your balance. 

  3. Upon receipt of your completed booking contract & deposit, I will issue confirmation.

  4. I will make contact again around a month prior to you booked date, to re-confirm all details. This is also when you'll be required to pay the remaining balance. 

Paying a Deposit

If you pay a deposit then your date will be secured, subject to UK Government guidelines. Should you need to postpone or cancel. We will either move your booking to another available date or retain your deposit.

Without Paying a Deposit

You can make a provisional booking which won’t be guaranteed. Should we have another booking on the same date we will endeavour to accommodate both bookings, but you may lose your booking. We will contact you prior to confirming a second booking to see if you wish to pay a deposit.

Postponement

If your booking needs to be postponed, we will move your deposit to another available date in our diary.

Cancellation

If your booking needs to be cancelled, we will retain your deposit.
